Most teams reach their first live listing within a few weeks. The API is REST with webhook callbacks, ships with a sandbox environment, and your Leasey technical contact works with your engineers through go-live.
Do we need our own agreements with each marketplace?
No. Leasey holds the commercial relationships with every network we distribute to, including MLS boards and association partners. One agreement with Leasey covers the full network.
What happens when a marketplace changes its feed spec?
We update the mapping on our side. Your integration contract with the Leasey API stays stable, so marketplace changes never land on your engineering backlog.
Can leads and publish status route back into our system?
Yes. Webhooks deliver per-marketplace publish confirmations, errors, listing updates, and inbound leads in real time, so your platform stays the system of record.
